Mr. Diwan is a member of the Executive Committee of the Crescendo Group.
Among other responsibilities, he is responsible for corporate matters, the Group’s activities in Asia and developing new businesses.

Prior to joining Crescendo, Mr. Diwan was a member of the investment team of Fundana SA, a Swiss based Fund of Hedge Funds active in the Long/Short space, which manages close to $1 billion in combined assets.

Prior to joining Fundana, he worked for Genesis Capital, based in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for the analytics department. Genesis is a high growth specialty commercial lending platform providing financing for qualified and experienced real estate developers. Genesis Capital was at the time partly owned by Oaktree Capital Management was then sold to Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Diwan received a degree in Economics from the University of Richmond, Virginia USA.
